Zwift shifters do not communicate with ROUVY

Hello, Although the swift shifters are connected o ROUVY and I can see the gear settings on the Rouvy screen, noting happen when I shift speed. However, I can manually change the gears on the phone or directly on the screen (with the mouse) which is not practical.

I have remove all bluetooth connections (except for the computer MAC) and the problem remains.

You’re in the Zwift forum and Zwift doesn’t support using any of their products with Rouvy. You should talk to Rouvy for help.
