Shifter problems

Since the software update last week my Atom (using Zwift) keeps losing the Bluetooth connection/pairing and my right shift is constantly connecting and disconnecting. There are periods where the connection comes and goes - others when it just vanishes.
I’ve deleted and reloaded my Wattbike Hub app and my Zwift app. I’ve replaced the batteries in the right shifter. No joy. Any ideas?
I cannot change gear!

Hi @Christopher_Barrow, welcome to the forums. I wonder if this could be caused by signal interference, has anything in your environment changed since you started noticing the problems?

One way to check is using www.zwiftalizer.com and entering a log file (found here: https://support.zwift.com/en_us/locating-log-files-BykKO63fr ) to see if there are any errors that could be causing this issue.
