I had this same issue this morning before an event. I’m running Zwift 1.82.0 on Windows 24H2 and the Ride controllers both have firmware version 1.2.0. None of the following worked:
- Exit Zwift and restart it
- Reboot PC and restart Zwift
- Reinstall Zwift and restart PC
- Hard reset controllers, followed by PC restart (twice)
What finally worked was to shutdown the PC, power down Ride/Kickr, and then wait for the controllers to power down. Restarting everything cold (after all the above attempts) made the problem go away.
If this problem happens again, it would be nice to know the one thing that should be done to get the controllers quickly working.
