I have a Elite Direto XR and it should be compatible with Zwift Ride Smart Frame. If I buy Zwift Ride Smart Frame, do I then have all I need to ride with virtual gears?

Elite have not released a firmware update that would support it. There are signs that they might but don’t buy anything based on that assumption.
