Hi, I’m kinda glad that I’m not the only one with this issue. Internet drops 20-30 minutes into the ride for the whole PC. It still works for other devices and wifi is stable, so it’s not the router. Automatic troubleshooter in windows helps by resetting the wifi device which restores connection.
Unfortunately the server then acts as if the ride has ended, and so Garmin and Strava only have the part before first diconnect.
I have never experienced this before, only now after the Novembre update.
Hope they address this soon, as it’s very annoying.

For me it was really the router, as no devices had internet at all and router was blinking red, and that happened only during Zwift rides.
Anyway, exactly two months ago a supporter from the provider suggested to download the latest firmware from their website, which was by then not automatically distributed across all routers here in Switzerland. That fixed the issues how it looks like. No drops since then.
Don’t ask me what has been fixed with that firmware update on the router.
If you have similar issues that your router has lost the internet connection during the rides, ask your provider for the latest firmware update. That might help, like it helped me to fix that issue I had since March 2021.
I am experiencing the same issue as well. I only lose internet connection on my laptop when running Zwift…router is fine and internet signal still working on my phone. It used to drop sometimes 30 mins into ride, but the last two times I have attempted a workout the problem will occur immediately or within the first few minutes. I have updated firmware on the trainer, uninstalled Zwift and companion app on my phone and reinstalled both, updated drivers on my computer, all to no avail.

I didn’t find a solution for the setup I used back then. I tried different setups and most of the time Zwift lost internet connection when I had multiple wireless protocolls transmitting (ANT+, Bluetooth, WIFI). They seemed to interfere with each other. Not using bluetooth headphones, deactivating bluetooth on all devices in the same room etc helped a lot.
Anyways I switched to Apple TV as Zwift device to reduce the amount of different device eco-systems (only iPad and ATV in the room for now) and better compatibility between devices. So far everything works properly.

I have also having this kind of disconnecting problem. It started maybe 4 weeks ago in the same laptop which I have used years for Zwifting. Zwift is the only application on laptop which run and it show the ‘connection disconnected’ banner right after all riders have disappered. The time varies when it happen 10-30min and after a few minutes the connection works again. I can use web browser during that time normally.
