I’ve been using the Zwift ride for a couple of months, and the gears have just stopped
working. All other controls working, I just can’t shift. When I complete a workout it defaults to gear 12. If I start a free ride the gears aren’t even showing up on screen.
Any ideas?
Hi @Loren_Rowney! Other than this hiccup, I hope you’ve been enjoying the Ride so far. I took a look at your recent activity and it looks like your firmware is pretty out of date on both your trainer and Ride controllers. I recommend updating both of these and seeing that resolves the issue. Firmware for the Kickr Core Zwift One can be updated via the Wahoo App, and your Ride firmware can be updated via Zwift Companion.
