I recently started using the swift app for my training,. I have all my devices connected: cadence, power and heart rate etc.
I can see and watch my heart rate during the ride but Zwift did not save my heart rate data. When the ride was uploaded to my Gamin Connect site there was no heart rate data.
Is this a known problem or is it a bug?
How can I fix it?
I tried contacting support - apparently, an Ambassador replied but the reply cannot be found anywhere in the Zwift Support site.
