Zwift Return Policy (Zwift Hub One)

Hello,
I am considering ordering the Zwift Hub One. However, I wonder what the return shipping would cost if I didn’t like the Zwift Hub One in an emergency. Will 25€ be charged for the outward shipment and 25€ for the return shipment? So 50€? Unfortunately, I can’t find any information about this on the homepage. Thanks in advance,

Hello, I couldn’t find the answer.

I’ve just received the ZWIFT HUB ONE but I’d like to exchange it with the WAHOO KICKR CORE ZWIFT ONE but ZWIFT doesn’t offer exchanges, they recommend sending the product back and reordering one (paying the delivery costs again…).

If anyone has the answer, it’s always welcome!

If you return a Zwift Hub One within the 30-day return window, you won’t be charged for the return shipment. The return label would be charged to us from the delivery partner.
