I just bough the One Hub last week (probably the last one) I see now on the site you can only buy the new wahoo - How is this possible? I am struggling to get hold of Zwift as I would like to swap this for the wahoo after all the things I read. I’m concerns about the future and firmware updates. The problem is I don’t have the internal packaging anymore. Has anyone dealt with this issue recently or can someone help me with a contact number for Zwift as +488004911771 is not working and +448081692498 no one is available and I cannot leave my Dutch number for them to return my call.

It is possible to defeat the chat bot, they just make it really difficult.

Unlucky, at this time, there is no exchange of Zwift Hub One for Wahoo Kickr Core Zwift Hub. The best option here would be to contact us at zwift.com/contact-us to review the options. Zwift Hub One owners will continue to receive firmware updates and support. All existing warranties will remain active.
