Why in my zwift racing app will it not allow my to claim myself when I press the +? It’s says rider associated with another user???

I had that problem. I originally set up my ZRapp account using google. I tried logging in some time later using Strava. It said my profile had already been claimed.
I remembered using google when I set it up. Tried again, Good to go… Happy Days
I realize this is a day old question, if it doesn’t help you. Might help someone else
