Hi Zwift
With your latest price increase the platform has become affordable for lots of South Africans. Based on the Big Mac Index which can be referenced the South African Rand is one of the weakest currencies in the world. The South Africa Rand is 52.5% undervalued against the dollar. So the $20 month Subscription + $4 extra we pay for taxes equates to you as US citizens paying the equivalent of $42 + $8 = $50 a month. Is there no way you could look at the countries with weaker currencies and see what you can do. Most of us supported you at the old price which for us was $17.5 with Taxes. Which was already quite expensive for us. Our buying power is quite poor. Just something to think about. Think you would retain more subscription if you took the weaker currency countries into consideration.
