Zwift powerup/draft message anomolies

In a regular ride, I’m seeing powerups automatically getting the small XP bonus with no roulette wheel for other powerups.  I believe it’s like what happens during races, except I’m not racing.  I’m also not getting any ‘close the gap’ messages to coincide with this, so I’m not sure if I’m getting draft benefits.  It’s weird.

This is the second time I’ve noted both of these behaviours in tandem with no idea what caused or resolved them either time.

Any insight?

I am guessing you are using the Zwift TT bike in-game, it gets no draft benefit and the only “power-up” it gets is XP.

Seems like this could be made more clear during bike selection or while riding the TT bike.
