For some reason my rider keeps his head down and I don’t get any ride boosts? Probably an easy answer. I am fairly new to this and don’t know why that changed.

My guess is you are using the Zwift TT bike which does not get power ups, just bonus XP. Just switch to another bike and see if that resolves your issue.

TT bike? You don’t get power ups on the TT bike, and can’t draft.
