I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your controls. To help isolate this issue, you could try the following:
- Confirm the firmware, Zwift game, and Zwift Companion are all up to date.
- Make sure none of the buttons are jammed.
- Complete a hard reset by holding down the Z button for 30 seconds.
