I have been using Zwift play for a few years now and recently started having issue shifting into a higher gear using the right Zwift play controller. The left Zwift play controller is working.
I have tried the following
- Delete and reinstall Zwift on iPad and Windows
- Calibrate Zwift play controller
- Hard reset Zwift play controller
with none of these working.
Interestingly, the right Zwift play controller will sometimes work after I complete a Zwift workout. The controller will continue to work for some time before stopping. For example, I completed a Zwift workout in the evening and the right controller started to work after the workout ended. I closed and reopened Zwift (iPad) multiple times and the shifting still worked. However, I tried in the morning and shifting did not work.
I am completely out of ideas and would greatly appreciate some feedback so that I can get back to racing.
