My right play controller repeatedly shifts up until it can’t go up any further. I can’t change down using the left one, it’s stuck in the highest gear. Any suggestions?
Try holding down the Z button for 30 seconds to reset the controllers.
However, it’s probably sweat ingress causing damage to the controllers internally, so if the reset doesn’t work (and do make sure the firmware is up to date) and you’ll need to contact Zwift support - support@zwift.com
