Zwift pausing

New to zwift - used 3 times now on my Android device and each time the ride will pause at random and I am unable to resume ride, cutting it short on each occasion.

How can I turn off this ‘autopause’, or resume when same occurs??

Frustrating to say the least!!!

Are you saying that your power (W) goes to zero? Sounds more like a connection issue(?)

I agree with Nicklas. You might have to cycle the power on your trainer to unfreeze it but then should just continue from where it froze.
