Any Ideas what I can do ?

Have you tried going through this process?
Hi @Patrick_Molinari welcome back to Zwift forums.
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Looking through your server logs - I see you have logged in from three different Macs and an iPhone in recent days. It looks like your iMac is the one that’s freezing, is that right?
Try the complete uninstall & reinstall procedure that Paul suggested. Doing that will also download the latest Zwift Launcher v 1.1.15. Would you verify if that solves the freeze during game initialization?
Also: since you have more than one Apple device: Apple released OS 26.3 earlier this week. You should be aware that OS updates reset Bluetooth and Local Network Device permissions to the default “No” settings. This means Macs / iPhones / iPads / AppleTVs won’t see your trainer’s Bluetooth signals in the Zwift Pairing Screen until you reallow permissions. The simplest way to do that is to re-install Zwift and say Yes to all the permission requests.
Would you let us know if re-installing clears this up for you? TIA.
Thank you for your help, Paul. I deleted Zwift this morning and reinstalled it, but not using instructions like the ones you linked. I’ll try those. Thanks again for your help.
Hi Shuji, thank you very much for your reply. You’re right, it’s the iMac that isn’t working. But I updated my MacBook Pro to OS 26.3 today and it’s working perfectly—no Bluetooth problems either.
However, I noticed that all my folders are synced via iCloud. That’s why I’m hesitating to do a complete reinstallation of Zwift, because it works without any problems on my two MacBook Pros. I only use the iMac as a backup.
I know that might not sound logical to you, but I have to admit I’m not an IT specialist, and a full reinstallation doesn’t seem simple or logical to me. Maybe there’s another solution that will get the iMac working again.
@Patrick_Molinari
Please follow the official instructions in Paul’s link. This is a more complete uninstallation procedure that may help you with your issue.
