Problem solved, thanks the support of the Elite team.
First, needed to check that the resistance of my trainer worked correctly, which was verified that it was blocked at maximum resistance.
So, Elite support team sent me a link that allowed me to follow a step-by-step guide on how to unblock it and it solved the problem.
