Hello @Mr_Marex welcome to Zwift forums and welcome back to Zwift more generally!
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I’m looking through your server log history for clues but before I ask you try to make changes, I have a question:
Is it possible that your trainer is still paired to these other training platforms OR a bike computer on your handlebars?
If you use a fitness tracking app on your phone / smart watch that can bond to an indoor trainer’s signals (i.e.Garmin Connect / Wahoo ELEMNT / etc) - these are also causes of diverted signals. These sort of issues are not captured in your game logs, so I have no way to know from this end.
I see the one time you logged in with the Power signal paired via Bluetooth and Resistance paired to ANT+. and uploaded that log file to Zwiftalizer for analysis. This is the interesting part:
Would you try unplugging the ANT dongle from the PC entirely? This will force all pairings over Bluetooth. Let’s see if that makes an improvement.
Side note: going back to your server logs from 2021 - I’m seeing an unusual pairing habit. You used ANT_+ to pair your Power and Cadence, but the Resistance signal was not paired at all. Was that intentional on your part, or were you not aware that was happening? If you didn’t know - I have further reason to suspect something’s wrong with the ANT transmissions.
Lastly - you might want to try a clean re-installation of the Zwift app. It’s important to delete everything Zwift related (don’t use the Windows Uninstall utility). Here are the steps.
