Zwift Newbie Training plan help!

I am currently half way through the 6week FTP builder which has 4 workouts per week. On the free days i would like to use another workout for recovery so it is more structured and will prevent me from going too hard.

My question is , can I choose another workout within Zwift on an adhoc basis and still keep my progress in my current plan.

You can do other individual workouts and keep your progress, but you can’t start a different plan without losing the original one.
