I’ve update the new software to NEO. Then racing with ZWIFT for 100km today, but after 70 km (2h10m),everything STOPPED. I’ve MAC BOOK PRO (2017 touch bar MC OS X 10.12.3 SIERRA) with ANT+USB. Tried with iPhone 6,but after 1 minute STOPPED… ??I’ve tried only with TACX APP with NEO and it’s ok. Probably problem with ZWIFT’S server ? Thanks
Sorry to hear you had problems on your ride. We weren’t experiencing any server issues, but would love to help you figure out why this happened so we offer troubleshooting solutions to prevent it from happening again. The best thing to do is open a support ticket and include your log files found in your documents/zwift/logs folder. This will give us more information to help diagnose the issue. Thanks!
