ZWIFT ID Zpower

hi,

I am new on Zpower and I need to input my Zwift ID. I have done this. but it keeps saying: please update your Zwift ID to complete registration.

but this isn’t working. can someone tell me where I have to update or so?

Zwift is not responsible for Zwift Power (ZP) . ZP is a 3rd party site that are run by volunteers.

ZP is working on there system so give it some time, they are implementing a new verification system. I have heard they say beginning of December.

I am having the same problem- it is really frustrating especially having killed myself in the KISS birthday race yesterday!
