In December 2023 I purchased a Zwift Hub One and have been happy with it, until it started making a strange noise. At first I ignored it but it got worse. It’s so loud now that my neighbors can hear it. It’s not the chain and all bolts on the trainer are properly tightened. It’s definitely coming from the Hub One. Has anyone else had or have heard of such issues? I think it’s bearings inside the trainer that are shot. Oh and the customer service at Zwift is not good, they won’t answer my emails.
Yeah that’s probably the issue, but since it’s still under warranty I won’t take it apart just yet. Maybe CS will come through for me and I’ll get a replacement. Keeping my fingers crossed

Thank’s for your help Martha, Zwift is sending me a new Trainer since mine is still under warranty. I was too impatient so I’d give Zwift CS a Ride On!
