Zwift Hub not Power on / No LED

Hello,

My Zwift hub is not turning on / no LED lights.

I have tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing helped.

The hub is <5 months old.

Anyone have any other tip? Do I have to return the hub to Zwift?

You didn’t say what you’ve tried so I can’t suggest anything, but you should really contact support about this. There’s a good chance they will send you a replacement. My guess is either the trainer or power supply has failed.
