Zwift Hub hasn't updated firmware since Oct 2023

I bought the Zwift Hub just before they discontinued it. We were promised that the device would continue to get firmware updates. However, the last update is version 5.2.2, which was released in October 2023. I’m really disappointed that this has not continued to be supported. My wattage output is wonky, and there doesn’t seem to be anything that I can do to fix it. Will there be any more firmware upgrades for this device?

Unlikely. Most trainers don’t keep getting firmware updates so there is nothing unusual about that. The trainer is still supported, but if you are a US buyer it is now out of warranty. If you are a UK/EU buyer I believe your warranty would end Oct 2025.

EDIT: oh sorry oops I was thinking you bought it in Oct 2023 so that is all wrong. Warranty 1 year US, 2 years UK/EU.

Your power output going “wonky” would be very unlikely to be fixed by a firmware update. Speak to Zwift support either via the website support link or support@zwift.com

for comparison, I have a Wahoo Kickr V4 from 2018 that hasn’t had a firmware update in going on 4 years… but it is still “supported”
