Fantastic, I’m moving to Long Beach tomorrow. I kid. Pretty sure I get paid better where I reside. If you want to send me an egregious offer feel free.
Until then I await a response from Zwift to my simple questions.

Really Paul, does the “We get very little interaction from Zwift Staff and we are the user admins” not sway you?
You think its any different from the inside? If it was, simple issues wouldn’t exist.
Back to Mr. Roarke on Fantasy Island. Be careful what you wish for.
I’d take 1 million dollars to fix everything.
Until then I STILL await a response from Zwift to my simple questions.
This I hope is true. If not, again my money is my feelings on the matter. No worries either way. Other people seem to enjoy my money just as much as Zwift does.
Some races (there is a specific TT series I do) only post their results to ZwiftPower. Therefore making it an integral part. There is still no filtering of weight diapers etc so the results in Zwift are worthless. That isn’t a basic experience it’s a flawed one.
Imagine Zwift has some big race set up and the ZwiftPower crashes, how embarrassing would that be? I really can’t see how it will remain independent if Zwift is spending big on racing.
I don’t get why Zwift should do everything and not have 3rd party apps as support. Lets look at data analysis zwift produce a fit file and you have the option to send it to various 3rd party programs for analysis. Most of these services are free and they to a very good job. Face it in 4 years Zwift is still not able to produce a Critical power curve.
See this post: [Critical Power Curve](Zwift power curve is bad).
“Sorry Zwift but it is true” but we get it that that is not there main focus, and I am ok with that, Zwift need to focus on their Core Business making roads and make it fun to be on the bike.
I use Golden Cheetah to analyze my data i have more than 15 years of data there that I can compare, I can add my own scripts to look at various parameters, like FTP per day or per week, I can get a working Critical Power curve. I can also do it on my main pc sitting at my desk not on my bike.
Imagine the Power went down should Zwift invest in power generation. Imagine the servers goes down, should Zwift build there own servers.
If it was not for ZP we would not have racing like we know it today. You want zwift to do what ZP does but zwift clearly stated that they wont DQ or filter people. For the longest time we have asked Zwift to give us the functionality to group people into the correct starting pens.
Look at the ToW most people treat it as a race, but Zwift made it clear that it is a ride. Zwift does not even want ZP to put people into the appropriate cat so we can compare results against riders with similar abilities.
" Imagine the Power went down should Zwift invest in power generation. Imagine the servers goes down, should Zwift build there own servers." - Those are outside the sphere of knowledge of Zwift though. Zwift is a tech company and I’m asking it to develop tech, although that being said they can’t even get the distance to go correct so I don’t have much faith in them being to integrate a ranking system.
" zwift clearly stated that they wont DQ or filter people" - That’s fine if they are to remain
a training or social tool but they have actively said they want to promote racing.
" Look at the ToW most people treat it as a race, but Zwift made it clear that it is a ride." - If Zwift didn’t want people to race then why did they show what position you are? As soon as you have a position, people will race.
We may be on the same side here, just saying thing differently. You say tech company, I say they are a fitness game platform, therefore should not do analytics. Yes they can’t get the distance correct that is why I want them to focus on the game, not rebuilding Strava or ZP.
we still need to see it. Once we as B , C and D cat riders feel like we are racing I will agree that Zwift is into racing.
They have turn off race position in most of the ToW events, the only reason it was on was someone forgot to turn it off. They also did not use the ABCD pens that “real” races use.
This is rather an entitled attitude.
While we do pay Zwift for the service they provide, they’re not obliged to engage directly with punters.
Particularly not when you’ve tagged a seemingly random set of Zwift staff and ex-staff (Vincent for example), who quite possibly don’t even have the authority to respond to your questions.
I mean, if you’re going to ask such questions, people like Jon, Wes or Jordan would seem more likely candidates in the first place.
Perhaps its time to say something positive about the Zwift fitness platform.
Perhaps its time to remember life indoors without Zwift.
Perhaps its time to remember cold winter days battling the elements and the traffic.
Perhaps its time to say thank you Zwift.
Perhaps its time to stop moaning.
Perhaps Zwift isn’t perfect.
Perhaps Zwift is a work in progress.
Perhaps Zwift employee’s are not allowed to comment.
Perhaps Zwift is doing its best with not enough staff.
Perhaps Zwift should be cut some slack.
Perhaps Zwift should be given a pat on the back.
Perhaps Zwift has changed our indoor cycling for the better.
If Zwift isn’t working please raise an issue, email, moan etc…
But kicking one of the best indoor cycling platforms is in my opinion, sad.
We won’t all agree on every decision they make or change they make.
We don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, who they support, what
they do with their finances etc, but why should we?
What we do know is that Zwift as a fitness platform, works.
So Cheers Zwift.
