Zwift has already crashed twice while I was riding today.
Please share details about what you run the game on. Crashes are usually specific to the specs of the device so there is no way to know without that information
Welcome to Zwift Forums. This is Haziel from Zwift.
I had a look at your logs and noticed you’re running Zwift on a PC with D3D12 (Qualcomm Adreno X1‑45 GPU). The important detail here is that your machine is built on an ARM CPU, and Zwift does not have a native release for that architecture. That’s why you’re seeing crashes.
As a suggestion, I recommend running Zwift on a device that has an Intel or AMD CPU, as those are fully supported and will provide you with a much better experience. For more information, I’ll share this article: Supported devices that run Zwift.
I know that’s not the most fun answer. This should give you clarity on why it’s happening. Switching hardware will make a big difference for your rides.
