I am really starting to get fed up with the frequent Zwift, yesterday I was nearly made it to the finish of the Four Horsemen on schedule for a sub 3h and new 2.5 and 3h PB.
System win11 up to date/amd ryzen 9 radeon 780m. I do NOT want to run Zwift windowed NOR with lower graphics settinf, NOR do I want to buy new hardware to get working what should be more than adequate for Zwift
I’ve checked 2 logs of rides where zwift crashes both had similar messages right before Zwift

Didn’t you mention last month that it was the radeon drivers that keep failing or causing your crashes? Sounds like you already know the solution… get different hardware to run Zwift? Not the answer you want, I know. The only option is continuing to work with support and showing them the problem.
I wonder if it’s related to the 780M GPU transitioning from Basic to Ultra graphics profile earlier this year. I think it’s one of the only (perhaps the only?) integrated GPU that gets better than Basic.
Anyway I doubt anyone here on the forum is going to solve this and you’ll have to keep hammering support, telling them you tried their suggestions and asking them to escalate it to engineering.
I’m not even sure if it is the radeon driver, in spite of the time out errors, which I do get but don’t seem to crash Zwift. When Zwift crashes the screen just freezes but sounds keep playing (but apparently I disappear from the game for others) and I get a message from windows that the zwiftapp.exe stopped responding, unfortunately I can’t access task manager when that happens
It says you are using Ultra profile in 1080p resolution. You also have rather poor ANT+ RxFail rate. Is that dongle on an extension cable? You got a TCP disconnect during the ride and at the end of the ride, presumably at the time it crashed. Is that thing on WiFi, and could you connect it via Ethernet to see if that is any different?
it’s because 1.104.3 broke my bluetooth (again like 1.101 did) but the app also froze before when I was using bluetooth. I could connect the pc to the wifi extender but the main router, no …
You should be able to achieve better ANT+ RxFail rate than that unless there is a lot of interference in your environment, but getting the dongle away from the PC is often part of the solution as well.
Your network disconnects could also be related to the extender itself. What is that thing?
Then I think you are on the hunt for sources of RF interference to make ANT+ better, and the extender might just not be working adequately. Running Ethernet from the extender to the router could help, or failing that, powerline Ethernet is usually pretty reliable (if it works at all). I can’t swear that the extender is the problem since the network failures could be anywhere but that’s the most suspicious part of your LAN.
I understand that it’s likely unrelated to the network issues that you seem to have, but it’s still important because this isn’t happening to others or we’d see the forums here full of people complaining about it.
@Paul_Southworth has already given you excellent advice on your networking issues.
Speculation: my guess is BT issues are not related to the game crashes, bad network might be, and one of those network interruptions coincides with the crash, but RF interference could possibly explain both BT problems and WiFi problems. These are not certainties, just things to fix and see if it affects game stability. I’d be tempted to take the whole trainer setup to wherever the router is for a test ride.
At this stage I really just want the crashes to stop. It’s unrelated to the network because my old laptop didn’t crash (perhaps I should use that for veveresting) but I want the new setup to work.
Also there is no interference issue, at least no more than usual. Everythinhg worked until 1.101, then broke, worked fine in again 1.103 and 1.104 and broke again in 1.104.3
