After finished my ride today and hitting End Ride on Zwift on the Mac, the app crashed and I got no credit for the ride. I still see the ride in the companion app but can’t end it. Any idea how to end a ride in this situation?
Unfortunately, your ride is lost for Zwift.
You should be able to locate the FIT file and upload to a third party site (but not to Zwift…)

This seems to happen more often after the new update, especially in private meet-ups. Very annoying.

I get kicked off tour de Zwift most tries. I have to do each stage more than once. It doesn’t happen on non TDZ rides
BTW, contacting them is impossible

Yes I am also facing the same issue.
Free ride seems to be fine. But this week I lost a workout and a race.
It never happened to before the last update.
