If youā€™re asking if the companion app works on Zwift running. That would be a yes. I usually have it open when running, so I can give a ride on, by just touching the screen. Besides that, I would say I am not coordinated enough, to do anything else while running. I can barely drink. LoL

Iā€™m having issues with the connection for the companion app being very unstable. It keeps dropping out of map view and then eventually reconnecting. Iā€™m on iOS and Apple TV. I need the phone connection to use a HRM, so Iā€™ve had to drop back to using Apple TV Bluetooth without a HRM. Is there anyway to roll back to the previous companion app where I didnā€™t have these issues? Iā€™ve tried rebooting the phone and Apple TV but no joy.

Itā€™s unlikely that this is a problem with the Companion app. Itā€™s almost always related to your home network. Can you describe the networking equipment youā€™re using? Have you already tried putting the phone in airplane mode and then enabling WiFi manually?

Perhaps except that nothing changed other than the companion app update; Iā€™ve been using this setup for a long time. Iā€™ll see what I can figure out; itā€™s an eero wifi network

Mesh networks are a common source of problems with Companion connecting to the game. I recommend keeping an open mind about your lack of visibility into what may have changed in your wireless environment. Itā€™s tempting to assume that nothing has changed other than the things you know about, but that is often a mistake. I would start by rebooting all of the network equipment.

I just had the issue from a little while back where when looking at an activity the rideons came in very slow and animated slow/weird, the activity in question had 83 of them. I tried reopening it to capture a video but it was normal after the first time. Forcequit/reopen/try again didnā€™t cause it to reoccur.
