Zwift Companion v 3.76 [November 2025]

Hi everyone
Phased rollout of Zwift Companion version 3.76 has begun to iOS and Android devices.

• Fixed a bug on the Events tab that caused some users to incorrectly see an empty list of events.

UPDATE November 13

  • We are pausing the Android phased release to investigate a crash.
If the Companion app is crashing immediately upon opening, uninstalling and reinstalling from the Google Play Store may mitigate it.
  • iOS phased release continues.
  • Version 3.76.1 Android only.
    • We are reverting to a stable version 3.75.2 and releasing it as v3.76.1.

UPDATE November 14

  • Phased rollout of v 3.76.0 to iOS is complete.

UPDATE November 19
v3.76.2 {Android only)

  • Fixed a crash that occurred after app launch

UPDATE December 3
V 3.76.4 (iOS and Android)

  • Fixed Event filter.

I just updated the Android app and it will no longer open. Goes to the homepage and immediately crashes. Restarted my phone and the app still crashing.

I’ve got exactly the same behaviour. It gets to this point then crashes

It doesn’t work for me either — I have exactly the same symptoms: the app starts and then closes by itself.

It would be useful if those seeing crashes posted up some details, e.g. which Android version on which phone, in case it’s specific to certain configurations.

Pixel 9. Android 16.

Though I would think that the zwift server logs already have that information.

I don’t believe that there are any Zwift server logs for local crashes of the Companion app.

Confirming that Companion 3.76 on Android 16 is auto closing and nonoperational :grimacing:

I tried an uninstall and reinstall. That has resolved it for me.

Edit: I’ve just finished a ride and now it’s crashing again

Android users please note.

Sorry but what kind of solution is that?

I’ve deleted it twice in one day. Is this the way to go?

Revert update, figure it out and release again.

At least it saves your customers the trouble during the time you investigate your code problems.

Android users please note phased rollout of version 3.75.2 has begun. If you were experiencing the crash at startup, please let us know if this rollback has stabilized it (or not).

Anyone else having problem with the companion app crashing?

In one day I’ve deleted it twice to get it working again. It crashes when i start it and i get a dev messege that the app has a bug and therefore was shut down.

Couldn’t find any useful information about the problem and it seems its a matter that isn’t being discussed?

iPhone users please note.
We’ll post updates here about the Android release as there’s news to share.

3.75.2 on android pixel 7 - the fitness trends is not showing the distance correctly, any chance of being able to remove this section or put it on its own screen?

Android users please note.

I have version 3.75.2 on.my android phone but don’t find a newer version in the app store. What am I doing wrong ?
