Hello! I have a new Wahoo Kickr Core 2 with a Zwift cog. The cog is relatively quiet and tightened properly. The chain is perfectly aligned, but it makes strange rhythmic noises after about 40-50 minutes of riding at low power (100-150W). One or two creaks per crank rotation. When pedaling hard at 200W+, the strange noises stop. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have exactly this also. Zwift Bike with Cog v2 on a Tacx Neo 2T. Checked everything I can is tight/smooth, even removed the magnet ring on the Neo! Still get this “crunch crunch” correlating to pedal strokes.
As you say, more noticable at lower power pedalling. I find it is much worse when Neo’s road feel kicks in on cobbles.
Turning the Cog 2 to setting 6 makes it a little less noisy, but the I’m starting to cross chain.
Any suggestions folks, is my Cog v2 faulty?
