Only one of the two zwift click does not connect (not the one with the letters). I don’t see any leds flashing either. When I try to connect with the companion app only the one with the letters connect, the other one keeps ‘searching’… Any ideas what may be wrong?
Is it new, did it ever work? I would probably try replacing the battery and/or making sure the battery has good contact with the terminals.
When I installed it last week it was flashing. A few days later I wanted to install it with companion app it wasn’t working anymore…

Not yet. However it is a new zwift click… but will try this.
Contact support immediately. Even if you resolve it with a battery, you should get that process started so you limit the wait time for a replacement if necessary.
