Zwift click is bricked

I have been trying to update my Zwift click and no matter what I do it just sits there for an hour or more says it’s installing and nothing happens. I’ve tried many different things. I’ve tried it on different devices and it does the same thing every time. Not very fun right now having a worthless piece of equipment please help.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. It’s possible that the Companion app timed out during the firmware update, rather than the Click controllers are permanently bricked.

First, try force-closing the Companion app in your phone’s OS settings.
Wait for the Click controllers to power off.
Try updating the firmware again per this support article (and/or) this support article.

Would you try that and see if that gets things moving again?
