Zwift can't find Mi Band as a HRM device

Now Mi Band support HRM broadcast feature using Mi Fit app
And I’ve checked its HRM data is fine using BLE Scanner application.

But Zwift(iOS), Zwift(PC), Zwift(Compaion) still can’t find Mi Band as a heart rate device.

Any other sport applications can find Mi Band as its heart rate device such as Nike Run Club

I think it’s a zwift side bug.

Please fix it

Could it be that your HR strap is connected to another device and as such Zwift can’t grab it?

My mi band has been paired with my iPhone. And I’ve turned on discovered mode so that Mi band can be paired as HR monitor

But Zwift(iPhone) can’t connect with my mi band and Zwift Companion(iPhone) can’t also connect with the mi band.

Disconnect the HRM from your iPhone completely. Bluetooth only allows 1 connection to any device or app at a time and if it is already connect to your phone it cannot connect to Zwift.

I tried to do. But still Zwift couldn’t find Mi Band.
I tried below step

  1. Turn on HR broadcast mode on Mi Band
  2. Disconnect Mi Band from my iPhone
  3. Execute Zwift on iPhone
  4. Connect to Smart Trainer (in my case : ThinkRider x7)
  5. Try to connect to HRM. But nothing to be shown even though my mi band broadcasts the heart rate

Please help me

Has anyone managed to get the mi band working? what are the steps?

Does any one has figured out? I’ve got a Xiaomi Mi Band 6, and nothing happens, can’t connect, HRM does not work. Fail!

I use a Mi Band 6, which outsell Fitbit’s by miles, no joy!

It’s picked up immediately by RunKeeper and Wahoo Fitness but not Zwift. Perhaps the Zwift software team could look into this issue?

That’s not correct with an iPhone at least. It connects to the host app, runkeeer, wahoo fitness all at the same time, just not Zwift.

What I said is correct, this is the Zwift Forums, not Wahoo or other app.

Bonjour. Je suis dans le même cas mi band 5 ne marche pas avec zwift. Tu as raison c’est zwift qui n est pas compatible avec . Si zwift peut modifier avec une mise à jour sa serai cool .

Managed to transmit HR from Mi Band 6 to Zwift thru iMax Trainer app (android). Can try it out. The app also can transmit speed as well.
