Zwift Camp: Inside Out not showing progress

I saw another post in the Zwift Camp: Inside Out section that describes what I am seeing. Since I don’t see any response there, I am posting my reply here in hopes of getting some clarity.

I completed Ramp It Up! (Lite) on demand. The Zwift Camp: Inside Out screen shows the check mark for completing the “on demand” workout, but the Progress still shows zero. I also see in my Companion app that the Activities screen for my workout shows the workout as completed. The one thing that I suspect is that I chose a different route than the two routes that are coupled with Stage 1. Could this be a violation of the “on demand” option (i.e., I can ride “on demand” but I must use the route that matches the Workout)?

Without an answer, I suppose my only other option is to ride the short option again but choose the Looping Lava route and see if that works.

My wife said that she did the lite version, on demand. She selected a different route as well. Upon completion, she received socks. Her progress shows that she’s 17% complete. So I’m thinking that you should contact support. Or maybe you could try it again. I’m planning on doing tomorrow. Not sure if I will do it on demand or not. Have to see how the times work out.

Thanks to you and your wife for this information. I’m looking at my schedule to determine when I can ride “on demand” but choosing the route that is aligned with the Workout. I’ll update here with my results.

Make sure that you aren’t logged onto two different Zwift devices. That’s the only thing I can think of, that might cause you to. Not get credit. Good Luck

I just finished the long workout on Demand. I did it on VenTop. Luckily it appears that I got credit for the workout. It says one complete (17%). Plus I got the lovely yellow socks :grinning_face:

Thanks for letting me know. Your results seem to eliminate my one suspicion. And, it confirms that I am not riding for the bit of kit (yellow socks).

Meanwhile, Zwift support told me to log out of Zwift, Companion, web pages, etc. and wait up to 24 hours to see if the credit appears. I’ll give it more than 24 hours since it is a holiday weekend.
