Zwift app not recognising my renewed subscription

Hi. I have just renewed my subscription after a break but my Zwift is not recognising my renewal. It’s giving me the trial

Same for me, Hope they solve that quick.

I guess you both paid via iTunes. This is a well-known bug. For some unknown reason it takes too long for the iTunes payment information to reach Zwift even if you’re on auto-renewal. So you are set on trial mode.

On the old UI there used to be a “Restore Purchase“ button that solved this, not sure where to find it on the new UI. Maybe a restart of Zwift also helps. And time definitely helps - after a few hours your status should be back to normal … :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
