Is there a way to recover a ride so it can post to zwift also so that info so it can send data to Strava? It is on zwiftpower but somehow the ride crashed like 5 minutes after reaching the end of an event. It happened at around 7:45 am eastern time.

You may be able to access the FIT file for the ride and upload it manually to Strava

You can also try doing another ride and see if the previous one gets uploaded correctly (sometimes it will only save a partial ride). I’ve seen that happen sometimes.
