I have been repeatedly having problems getting my Zwift and my Strava to sync. Does anyone know of a way to upload a Zwift ride to Strava is they don’t connect after a ride?
Login to Zwift.com and go to your activities. You can then download the .fit file and upload that to Strava

Sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with the two programs syncing with each other. You’ll want to make sure that when syncing Strava with Zwift that you link Zwift to the correct Strava account (if you have two Strava accounts that is). After doing that, all rides after that should upload automatically at time of saving your ride. Any previous rides won’t upload automatically, only ones moving forward.
To upload previous rides (or any that don’t sync due to issues with that ride) check out our support article that will help in finding, or obtaining your fit file. Once you have that fit file, you can manually upload it to Strava using the steps in their support article.

I’ve tried to do that and it won’t let me do it in that format through my device.
That’s the thing it should sync. Some days it will and then others it won’t. The 2 that are linked (Strava and Zwift) are the only of each that I have ever had but they won’t consistently connect.
Can you elaborate. Not sure what you mean?

I have the same problem.
My last ride getting uploaded to Strava was on 15.04.23. Since then it does not upload the rides to Strava.
Had the problem just a few times the last years.
And then it helped to disconnect and reconnect the strava profile to zwift. But it did not help this time. Any solutions? Thank already.
Ya I’m still having the same issue. I’ve done the reconnect process probably a dozen times and it helps for a few days and then it happens again. I can’t figure out how to correct it long term. I know you are supposed to be able to download from Zwift and upload but the download is not a format that you can then just upload so it doesn’t help at all.
