Zwift and downstairs neighbors

To all apartment-dwellers:

Put rubber floor mats under your trainer. My (gracious) downstairs neighbor said my trainer sounded like a a Hovercraft and made his chandelier shake.

Now, with the two car mats from an auto repair shop, my neighbor hears virtually nothing.

That is good advice, I have seen a few post of people asking how to silence the trainer.

Thanks, Gerrie! Gearheads think about ways to dampen vibrations and noise. Lots of these ideas can dampen trainer vibrations too!
