When I look at my profile and select Activities I see a list of my Zwift rides, races and workouts from 2016 when I joined Zwift up to the beginning of October last year (2025). According to this list I’ve only ridden Zwift once in 2026 (on June 16th ) when in fact I’ve ridden every single week at least once in the period mid October 2025 and today (20th August 2026). I have repeatedly tried to “Update Activities” but see no change in the list. Please advise as I’m missing a huge swathe of data.
My Zwift ID is 161949.
Under settings have you updated your privacy/registration? I don’t know if that is the cause, but might want to check? Another cause might be saving activities as private in the game?
The other thing to consider is what use case you have for the Activities tab, which is quite limited in terms of what you get out of it. If you’re looking for data about rides, you’re probably better off using a third party service since ZwiftPower is dying and will go away entirely at some point. I never use the Activities tab in ZwiftPower since I use intervals.icu for that instead.
As Mike says saving your ride activity as Private usually means the activity is not saved in ZwiftPower Activity section.
You have a Public profile but are saving your ride activity as private. Your ride on 16th June is visible on your ZCA Activity so clearly you saved that as public.
Try going into a few of your most recent rides and re-save as public. Then go into ZwiftPower, Activity section and choose the Update Activity List and see if that brings the activity across.
Keeping everything private is just fine if you connect Zwift to a third party service like intervals.icu, so if you value the privacy aspect, you might still get what you want out of it, depending on what that is.
I had dual recorded my ride yesterday and wanted to compare the FIT files on ZP. I was an early adopter of intervals.icu and use it daily.
I’ve never changed settings but you are (sort of) right. My default is “followers” rather than public or private. Changing yesterday’s ride to public and updating the list and hey presto the activity is listed.
