Looking forward to the first Zwift Academy Run - but have a couple of questions and wondered if anyone could help…?
I know to compete for a spot on the Zwift Academy Run team you need to connect to a cadence sensor. I usually connect to Zwift using NPE Runn, which does track cadence but I find the data is sometimes a bit flakey. Is this sufficient or do I need to get a RunPod too?? Or has anyone got any suggestions about increasing the accuracy of NPE Runn cadence data?
Also, I always run on Zwift with the treadmill set at 1% to better imitate running outdoors (as is always suggested on run workouts on Zwift). Is this a requirement of the Zwift Run Academy too?
