Appreciate your enthusiasm, but they’re still 3 weeks out and the makeup races are not scheduled yet. Check back here next week, and filter the list by looking for races, not workouts.

today I completed two workouts from the zwift academy in one ride. The first was No. 5 and the second the No. 1. After saving the ride, however, only the workout No. 1 is displayed or marked in Zwift. In the Companion app, however, both are displayed as dangers. What went wrong here or why is the workout No. 5 not displayed as riding? To be honest, I don’t want to have to drive the 5’er again.

I looked at what’s happening on the server end, and I see that occasionally (not every ride) you’re logged in from both an iPhone 14 and a PC. Don’t log in from more than one device at a time. It confuses the server and you may not get credit for a route badge, a workout, distance/elevation/XP you would have earned, among a number of other issues.
If the PC is your Zwifting device, we recommend you uninstall the main Zwift app from the phone so you 100% avoid simultaneous logins. By all means use the Companion app on the iPhone, though as that is how it’s designed to work.

Just finished all six workouts. Great workouts this year than last year. More ftp focus then sprints or vo2max as last year. Did race 2 already. Just missing race 1 from doing chasing tour red stage race then. So hoping times work for PST people on the makeup races.

I joined the Zwift akademy a bit late and all I am missing is the Race 1. But it is not scheduled for minimum the next week. Does anyone know when there will be a Race 1?
There are make-up events Oct 28 - Nov 3

Make up race dates. Looks like they switched them from CE to racing score as well.

A simple question about the Zwift Academy 2024 Races.
Can we do any Zwift race or must the race be a special Zwift Academy 2024 Race?
I haven’t seen to many Zwift Academy 2024 Races of ZwiftPower.

Q: What do I need to do to graduate from Zwift Academy?
A: To graduate from Zwift Academy, you’ll need to complete the program’s six workouts and two races between August 5, 2024, and November 3, 2024.
- Race 1 will be available August 30, 2024 - September 8, 2024
- Race 2 will be available October 4, 2024 - October 13, 2024.
- A makeup week will be available for Race 1 and Race 2 October 28, 2024 - November 3, 2024.

This is the annoying thing, it’s such a long wait for the races I’ve already lost interest in Zwift Academy and doing something else.
By that time they start with Race two I’ll be riding outside with the warmer weather.
I wish they would bring race two starting times forward.

Race 2 should be running from today all the way through to October 13 to give people enough time to participate in that.
Race one should also have a bigger time frame.
Also, if these races are supposed to be a test, then shouldn’t they be more reflective of what a Zwift Academy contender might do in real life, like a 150km race with 3000m elevation?
I’m thinking of the races I commonly see being done by one of the previous Zwift Academy finalists.
I already missed Race1 due to illnesses.
All workouts are done and super tight timeframes for the races and the makeup week.
Zwift, please extend the timeframes and start them now

Maybe that is part of the testing process, not just how much power you make but your ability to put everything else aside and do the race event whenever it is on?

Is it true that you can only finish the Zwift Academy 2024 if you were able to attend a race 1 during this one week in the beginning of September? I only started with it a week ago. Is there any chance Zwift will set up another race 1?
