Hello ZP any chance you could put me back to D grade. My heart had a magic race in early March and didn’t suffer its usual fibrillation❤️ and my FTP went to 2.89 wkg. Had 2 ops to fix but NO.
Its getting lonely up the back of C grade races. Cheers
Your category should reset 90 days after you set the PR, so that is probably pretty soon, but if you want to talk to support about it, contact zwiftpower@zwift.com
If you look at the Fitness section on your feed (my.zwift.com) it will give you the dates of all your PRs used to calculate zFTP and zMAP.

I hope your heart issues stabilize and cycling is great exercise but you may not be fit enough to race.
A race is more than a hard ride.
The competition is is literally try to physically give you a beat down.

Thanks but using this site only gets me playing ping pong with a robot.
It will soon be over 90 days since my record ftp ride, so hopefully ZP will re-do my race class
