I’m wondering what ZP stands for in the race results? It seems I cannot be ranked for races anymore. My garmin speed sensor with my Tacx and heart monitor are well synced. What could be the reason?

It stands for zPower, meaning the race rules require an actual power source (power meter or trainer), a speed sensor is not good enough.
