Zwift occasionally freezes in the middle of the ride for 5seconds to 2 minutes and then recovers. also in many cases all players disappear from the screen. I think it has to do with network latency for some reason (i have looked at the log file). Appreciate if you can help resolve it or guide me as to what needs to be done as it is incredibly frustrating when happens in the midst of a ride. I can send you the log file if helpful.
