XP points not adding for mileage

Hello,

Fairly new to Zwift @ Level 7 currently.

Completed an event Last night and the in-game orange bar had progressed to almost complete level 7. When I now look at my profile in the companion app or this site I’m back to 50% of Level 7 ?

This was the first event I’ve completed using the Dumb trainer at work ( On an offshore oil rig so I have no choice ) The Trainer is a watt bike if that makes any difference.  

I don’t have my PC available to look in game currently.

Offshore oil rig makes me believe it might be a network connection. I’ll open a support ticket for this and we’ll need your log files to verify.

Upload to Strava and Garmin are working so most of the external comms look to be working.
