I leveled up during the ToW and since then I haven’t been accruing XP points. It comes up as attaining them during a run but the XP bar is still sitting on no points at that level. Just assuming this is a bug but does anybody have any ideas?
It looks like you’re at level 21 for running. As far as I know, that’s the current limit for running (like level 50 is the ceiling for cycling). You’re probably still accruing XP during runs – you can check in the pause menu to see the XP total before and after a run – but the level bar will stay grey until Zwift adds more levels.

If you’re already maxed out you get nothing until Zwift decides to finally open it up.
