XP points during rides not registering

Good Morning,

 

I have been stuck riding at level 25 for quite a while now, somewhere between 4-6 months, and all the XP points I’ve received during rides have not registered toward increasing my level. Pretty sure I should be at least at level 26 or 27 by now! I just haven’ had a chance to send an email.

Level 25 is the highest right now within Zwift. You are still earning XP and if Zwift adds more levels you will move up accordingly.
